Peggy V. Langella, of the Town of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, April 25, following the domestic incident in which she allegedly caused some $750 in property damage, said Town of Poughkeepsie Police Capt. Kevin Faber.
During the course of the investigation, Langella was also threatening and uncooperative with police, Faber said.
Langella was charged with criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration and attempted assault.
She is being held at the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.
